Our beach has one of the best views in the area and we are only 10 minutes from Cancun International Airport and shopping centers.

Ok… The Good: So much that is amazing about this place! We originally were supposed to fly in at like 12:30 pm, our check-in wasn’t until 2 pm. I contacted Hector who is the owner and he was so nice, he arranged to pick us up at the airport and everything, he even agreed to let us check-in early at no extra charge. Our flight was changed and we were supposed to get in at like 4pm, he told me no problem and set up the ride for like 4:30. Then our flight was delayed again for weather to 4:45, he set up transportation again. I don’t know how we were so late, but our flight didn’t get in until 5:00 and I couldn’t tell him until we landed. Our ride had come and left and he sent them back, he apologized (I thought it was funny he was apologizing to me… I was the one that should apologize for all this) and said they would be a little delayed getting to me. We waited maybe 20 min and they showed up with my name and helped us with our luggage! The taxi’s at the airport were charging $110 for...

It's close to a nice super market and restaurants, the room is simple and clean and appears secure and private. It's not like a resort, just simple accommodations like a nicely done studio airbnb. We booked a extra night with Hector, great english and very helpful. Even the AC filter was cleaned, and that's a rarity.

First, check my other reviews, I never give a review like this. Cancun is not a great place right now, but Cancun Suites Apartments SHOCKED me, the service and the apartment for the price. I live in Playa (PDC) and needed a place to stay for a few days, while my AC was repaired. Also needed to shop, and Las Americas mall is the place to shop. The manager, Hector, is absolutely unbelievable as far as service. For the small issues, always answered the phone or WhatsApp and showed up instantly. The location is a 3 minute walk to the middle of the Zone. I was working, and it was so quiet, the internet is better than my apartment in PDC, and covers the outside as well. Super clean, great mattress, the pillows even were great, plenty of hot water, and an OXXO mini super close. I was there for only 2 days, but stayed 2 more. Again, Hector is the greatest prop manager I have ever met, and I travel 300 days a year. No view, no balcony, no smoking. But a big value.

Es un lugar ideal para viaje de negocios o de ocio ya que tienes todo cerca. Y si quieres recorrer Zona Hotelera, conocer el centro de la ciudad, tienes la parada de bus a 50 metros que pasan todo el tiempo.
