Wonderful experience! Wonderful day was made even better after we got our couples massage! The place was very clean and the staff was kind and welcoming! We had a Swedish Massage and a Deep Tissue Massage by Vivi and Blanca! - We will definitely return next time we are in town!


It was awesome feeling Me and my husband went for swedish massage by Hernandez and Isabel, they both were so good in all the ways, they were so consistent with the entire massage, it was so freaking relaxing, I never felt that before, I loved it, unfortunately it was our last day at cancun or else we would have come again.

Great couples massage Went to Cancun for Valentine’s Day weekend. Saw billboard and walked in. The staff was very friendly. The facilities were very clean. Jessica and Miriam were excellent massage therapists. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Awesome experience! My favorite part of my experience was the facial. It was my first time & Abel did a wonderful job. Overall I loved everything from massage to facial & fish therapy! I recommend this to outside travels. Clean atmosphere & the staff were all so sweet & professional. I will definitely be going back.

Nice clean place with a staff that was understanding and had no issue with English - due to our limited Spanish. I was taken care of by “Norma” who did a great job. My wife was taken care of by “Raquel” who did a great job and was really pleased with the results. Both of us agreed to come back for a pedicure w/in 2 days.

Paty (mans pedicure) set the standard by which all other pedicures will be judged in my future. I simply cannot imagine a better job being done. My feet look and feel incredible- I’ve never seen someone work so hard to make my feet so nice.

We didn’t get the woman who did my wife’s pedicure/French tips but she was fantastic as well.

And if you’re in hotel zone it’s most likely a walk to get there!

Best massage I’ve had in a while I had the best massage here with Carolina! This spot was conveniently located right by the Ritz Carlton so I was able to walk there from the hotel. I received multiple treatments while I was on my vacation and they were all done by Carolina. She applied the right amount of pressure during my massages. I'm ticklish so it's tough to balance to make sure it's not too light and not too firm because too much of one will put me in a giggling fit. I got the holistic for 80 minutes and it was pure Heaven! I tried to stay awake for the majority of it so that I can fully appreciate the massage but she had me knocked out a few minutes in. It was so relaxing and just what I needed to complement my beach vacation! If you're staying by the Ritz or The Secrets Vine, walk over to Bamboo and ask for Carolina!

Paty is FABULOUS! Pedicure cleaning Had a pedicure cleaning deluxe with Paty who was so fabulous! She was an amazing women and an equally as amazing pedicurist. My feet in seriously bad shape but she cleaned, filed and did everything with close attention to details. Would definitely recommend both Paty and Bamboo Hair & Spa
